Sterile Management Consultants, Inc. (SMCI) was established to assist with developing, implementing and maintaining successful Central Sterilization Processes, Environmental Compliance Services, Surgery Center Compliance and Surgical Services Materials Management programs. Too often key processes are omitted resulting in noncompliance and ineffective processes. Our program consultants are knowledgeable and experienced in serving business concerns of all sizes including Medical Clinics; Surgery Centers; Doctor Offices; and Hospitals. SMCI is a member of Association of periOperative Registered Nurses (AORN) and the Association for the Advancement of Medical Instrumentation (AAMI). Additionally, SMCI has developed specific programs to adhere to the American Association for Accreditation of Ambulatory Surgery Center (QUAD A), Accreditation Association for Ambulatory Health Care (AAAHC), and the Joint Commission standards and checklists.
